Oh, i's quite possible if he used the same samples loops i used in 2022 which are free to use for every producers ( like Splice, output, loopmasters etc... ) . I used this kind of sample loops to test a genre on itch that could fit in videogames. Now i'm not using large sample loops anymore to avoid this kind of dirty issue or any YT ID content problem ( some songs are id content sample based compositions which is forbidden to release as original composition, ruining other producers releases ).
